Should we go slightly healthy this week before it's full on December and we're eating cookies for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I think so! Meal Plan for Week 48 coming your way!
Sunday - tonight feels like the right night for a Coconut Curry Noodle Soup!
Monday - meatless Monday is all about these Southwestern Sweet Potato Bowls with my favorite vinaigrette of all times
Tuesday - it's almost like taco Tuesday but better - Enchiladas Verdes are the name of the game and could be the best enchiladas ever invented!
Wednesday - Garlic Mushroom + Spinach Pizza feels like the right way to get over hump day and keep it simple!
Thursday - Chicken Shawarma Bowls! MY ALL TIME FAVS
Friday - Let's kick off the weekend with Cauliflower Alfredo Pasta
Breakfast - all week long I'm going with a soft scramble to keep me full until we get to lunch!
And a little somethin' somethin' to satisfy the sweet tooth - I mean, we need some Cheesecake Brownies in our lives right?
Hi Gaby - Thanksgiving issue... I made your gravy with the butter and flour and first time ever NO LUMPS!!! But, I wet brined my turkey and used that juice for the rest of the gravy... it was EXTREMELY salty. Thinking I should not have used the drippings? Gravy too salty; turkey the juiciest I ever cooked!
Hey Barbie - the wet brine should be discarded after use.
Followed most of your thanksgiving recipes, they were a huge hit, especially the marscapone mashed potatoes!
I have hosted Thanksgiving for 30 years. I thought my stuffing was the best until I made your Mushroom Stuffing. My family went crazy over it, and I had to make it again the next day for leftover dinner because it was all gone! I added green peppers and grated carrots just for color. It was delicious. Thanks Gaby. I will make it every year.
BEST COMMENT EVER. Thank you
Any tips for the salsa on the enchiladas - tomatillos aren’t in season now. Thanks!
Kroger/citymarket brand green salsa is good on enchiladas like this recipe. You may be surprised to find tomatillos still! Saw them yesterday at Walmart in Colorado.
