  1. Hi Gaby - Thanksgiving issue... I made your gravy with the butter and flour and first time ever NO LUMPS!!! But, I wet brined my turkey and used that juice for the rest of the gravy... it was EXTREMELY salty. Thinking I should not have used the drippings? Gravy too salty; turkey the juiciest I ever cooked!

  2. I have hosted Thanksgiving for 30 years. I thought my stuffing was the best until I made your Mushroom Stuffing. My family went crazy over it, and I had to make it again the next day for leftover dinner because it was all gone! I added green peppers and grated carrots just for color. It was delicious. Thanks Gaby. I will make it every year.

    1. Kroger/citymarket brand green salsa is good on enchiladas like this recipe. You may be surprised to find tomatillos still! Saw them yesterday at Walmart in Colorado.
