Good Morning Friends!! I hope everyone is staying warm. Let's meal plan for a chilly week!

Sunday - Matt's Sopa de Fideo is on the menu tonight. Couldn't be easier!

Monday - Butternut Squash Pasta is what we all need! I'm serving it up with my go-to side dish, Roasted Broccolini

Tuesday - Garlic Butter Steak Bites!

Friday - Chicken Parmesan Meatballs!!

and some Kitchen Sink Cookies because YOLO.

and breakfast this week - BACK TO SMOOTHIES!! Or if these are just too cold given the time of the year - I'd suggest these Feta Frittatas but with Broccoli instead of Zucchini!

  2. OMG. I just love these ideas. Gone are the days when I ponder what to do about dinner........
    Having something left for lunch is a bonus!
