Strawberry Thyme Lillet Spritzers
Strawberry Thyme Lillet Spritzers. That’s the name of the game and it’s about to rock your weekend. Big time.
Gosh! There is just so much to talk about today. So let’s make a list. I’m really good at making lists. Sometimes I make lists just to make another list. Clearly I’m special.
1: It’s Mothers Day this weekend. And I’m wish my mom and all the other moms out there a very very special weekend! My mama is my best friend and I love her! So I’ll be sending her some virtual love on Sunday! And drinking one of these cocktails in her honor. Especially because she doesn’t drink. So more Strawberry Thyme Lillet Spritzers for me!
2: These Strawberry Thyme Lillet Spritzers are legit. Have you guys had Lillet before? It’s a French aperitif wine which makes me feel really fancy. I mixed it with Champagne, because I’m feeling extra fancy, and some freshly picked strawberries and thyme. It’s insane. And beyond easy. You should absolutely make these immediately. Like right now, while you’re at work, for breakfast. Tell your boss it’s allowed because it’s Mother’s Day weekend.
3: We’ve officially started the countdown to my birthday. June 1st. It’s coming up. And I’m pumped.
4: I’ve decided that I do my best work when my desk is littered with flowers. Expensive flowers. Like peonies. Which means as soon as peony season is over, things aren’t going to be nearly as exciting in my office.
5: Have you check in on Dalkin Family Surprise Vacation? You should.
Okay – that’s all I’ve got for today! Wish you all a fab weekend that’s filled with one, two, or maybe even three Strawberry Thyme Lillet Spritzers!
