January always comes in loud with rules, resets, and someone on the internet trying to sell you a “new you.” Hard pass.

Around here, I don’t believe in diets, cleanses, or cutting things out just because the calendar flipped. I believe in balance, eating the foods you love, adding in lots of fruits and veggies, and letting that be the reset if you feel like you need one. (my body is currently 87% sugar so I def need to add in some more salads lol)
