Stay with me guys - I’m about to change your life. BLT Guacamole. I know - you’re like bacon - yes, tomatoes - yes… but lettuce in my guacamole? Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s EVERYTHING!

I’ve made guacamole just about every which way over the past few years. Heck, I wrote an entire cookbook on it! But just because I’ve made it approximately 3 dozen ways doesn’t mean that I’ll ever stop. I’ll be dreaming up ways to use my favorite food (avocado, duh) for the rest of my life. This BLT Guacamole is the latest and greatest concept and I’m not going to lie to you - it’s epic.

I’ll admit, I was skeptical when I first thought of it. Lettuce in your guacamole… is it blasphemous? Well, I’m here today to tell you that it’s quite the contrary. It gives your guac that extra crunch plus an added hint of freshness. Tomatoes and bacon in guacamole are obviously the right move too. It’s perfection in a bowl.

Once you’ve got the guac situation under control you need ALL THE CHIPS.

I’ve been OBSESSING over these Garden of Eatin’ Grain Free Cassava Chips - which I’ll have you know are the Mother of all Chips™ and can stand up to any dip - and are perfect for scooping so you’re pretty much good to go.

Garden of Eatin’ Grain Free Cassava Chips are available in three flavors – Original with Citrus Infused Sea Salt, Everything Seasoning and Garlic Dill and are literally going to change the chip game! The Original with Citrus Infused Sea Salt is basically all I ever want for my dipping purposes for the rest of my life. The hint of citrus pairs perfectly with the guacamole. It would also pair perfectly with any salsa or other dip you might be serving come game day (I’m looking at you Tex Mex Enchilada Queso and an assortment of 3 other kinds of guacamole!) These beauties are crafted without dairy, legumes, or soy, and instead made to fit your lifestyle needs whether you’re paleo or vegan or just prefer a chip made with root vegetables and seeds!

And while you’re at it, you might as well grab the original Garden of Eatin’ Blue Corn Tortilla Chips which offer a hearty texture, satisfying crunch and organic, true-blue corn flavor. I mean, hello chip and dip taste tests should probably happen during the game - very on brand!! And for an extra kick of flavor, grab the Garden of Eatin’ Red Hot Blues® Corn Tortilla Chips. Sprinkled with a dash of cayenne pepper for some extra zip! All varieties are made with the best quality real ingredients, non-GMO, organic and certified gluten-free!
