  1. Thank you so much for offering yummy meals! This definitely helps a working mom out with delicious food that’s not too hard to cook and absolutely delicious.

  2. I actually made the chicken parm gnocchi dish last week and it is to die for. Super easy and the leftovers reheated really well.

  3. I’m intrigued by the Moroccan chicken skewers, but we’re obsessed with your chicken tawook in my household. Discovered it this summer and it quickly became a part of our regular rotation. The Moroccan skewers seem maybe a little similar, and I’m just not sure we can branch out. The tawook is just so so good!!! Think I’m going to have to try that chicken parm gnocchi, though. Love your recipes!! And these meal plans!

  4. Gaby,
I'm definitely going to make the frittatas. I could eat breakfast for every meal. I sent your first book to my son and his lovely wife. They live in Austin and have two kids...they have loved every recipe they've tried so far. Since my son is California born and raised he truly appreciates the flavors you create in your recipes.
    Thank you.
    Karen

  5. You are my FAVORTIE food blogger. Your recipes are easy for beginners and don't have all those "frou-frou" ingredients. Thank you for being you.

  6. This meal plan looks delicious, I love the sound of the enchilada pasta bake, yum!
