Meal Plan // Week 4

Jump to Recipe

Happy Sunday guys! This week has a TON of incredible eats and great ways to use leftovers for lunch! We've got a little something for everyone so let's meal plan!

Sunday - Chuck Roast Tacos! It's the right way to start the week! And a big batch of GUACAMOLE!

Monday - It's supposed to get cold in LA this week (praying for some rain to hopefully clean the air) so I'm going with comfort with these Chicken Meatballs on Orzo. I'll sometimes make a double batch so Thomas and I can eat leftovers for lunches this week once the chuck roast runs out.

Side note: Take the chuck roast from Sunday and turn it into burrito bowls for lunches all week long!

On the table there is also a pinch bowl of grated parmesan cheese, a small ceramic bowl of creamy orzo and another small ceramic bowl with a serving of chicken meatballs over creamy orzo with a gold fork and two mauve linen napkins.

Tuesday -  Fully Loaded Baked Potato Soup. OMG COME MAMA!!
