Did you think we'd make it through game day season without some nachos!?? HECK NO! Here we go - Fully Loaded Black Beans Nachos!
Nachos are usually loaded with pulled pork, shredded chicken, carne asada or carnitas...and I'm not mad at any of those. In fact, I've made each of those varieties in the past (Including my game-changing Carne Asada Nacho Fries). But this year I wanted to do something a little different. These Fully Loaded Black Beans Nachos are a vegetarians dream. It's all about these homemade re-fried black beans that get tossed with some chips and doused with cheese and salsa plus a few other odds and ends. (side note - you could easily use any other variety of beans to make the re-fried bean mixture ie: Pinto Beans!)
PRO TIP: If you want to level these up even more, make a side of this queso fundido and dip the nachos in even more cheese. Yes I just took it there.
Then all that's left to do is serve these up with a side of guacamole obviously and then if you're anything like me, sit with the sheet pan in a corner and eat them all by yourself while everyone else is watching the game!

Made for the Super Bowl and everyone loved! Beans were so easy to make 🙂
Whooa. Heavely Food. It will definitely keep the doctor away.. Hahaa.
Can you use canned corn? How to char? Skillet or oven?
you can - and I'd do it on a cast iron skillet once it's super drained and dry
All day long!! These are going to be a hit!!
This looks yummy! What brand of chips do you use? I always have trouble finding ones that don't get too soggy when toppings are added. Thanks!
The thickest ones I can find - sometime's whole foods makes them in-house and those are my fav
For the fried ravioli, did you purchase Fresh ravioli or frozen? If frozen, should they be boiled first?
fresh - always! frozen retains too much liquid and then they splatter oil when frying
Hi! Thinking of making this on Friday. How many will this serve?
4-6!
Thanks!!
Absolutely love this veggie version!
Yum. The radishes will add more delicious crunch!!
