I've always been one to keep a stocked pantry. I love having things on hand where I can whip up a meal in a moments notice. And honestly with everything happening in today's world, it feels like the right time to round up 20 cheap recipes to make with pantry staples! If you've stocked up your pantry and are cooking a ton at home these days, the below recipes will keep you well fed for weeks on end!
First up: Pantry Pasta Recipes
Calabrian Chili Pasta this slightly spicy pasta dish is ready in under 20 minutes and incredibly delish.
Garlic Crack Sauce Pasta fav sauce on the planet. All you need is ALL THE GARLIC.
Pasta Puttanesca it's everything in your cabinet and it's quick!
Pasta Pomodoro one of the classics!
Roasted Red Pepper Pasta - you can omit the mushrooms and basil if you're going full pantry status! The red pepper sauce from this recipe is also great on risotto, rice, grains etc.
Lemon Spaghetti with Tuna and Bread Crumbs 100% from the pantry and super delish.
Cheesy Kale Pasta kale isn't technically in the pantry, but it is one of the veggies that lasts longest in the fridge!
Sun Dried Tomato Pasta - hands down my favorite pasta ever
Pasta alla Vodka - FYI Vodka sauce also freezes great if you want to double it and keep it on hand for future use!
Moving onto soups:
Roasted Tomato Soup - just omit the fresh tomatoes and used canned! Easy
Curry Lentil Soup - coconut milk - KEY for pantry staples!
All Things Beans:
Rice
Kimchi Fried Rice - kimchi technically needs to be stored in the fridge but it also lasts forever so feel free to stock up and use as needed.
Spaghetti Squash, Zoodles (zucchini noodles) Shirataki noodles
Every one of those recipes look delicious, but I am an insulin dependent diabetic and pasta is only an occasional treat. Do you have anything that is vegetable based?
I think your tomato soup recipe is linked to the curry lentil soup! Or I’m just crazy!!

Thank you for putting this together and your pantry run-down in IG yesterday - very helpful and inspiring, I'm not a planner and this is helping motivate me to get it together! Looking forward for your freezer meal ideas (maybe I'll manage to stock up before baby #2 in August)!
