One of my mottos is Eat what you want. (I even named my third cookbook after it!) That’s because I truly believe that life is about balance, and that when it comes to cooking, you can create dishes that make you feel great while still delivering tons of flavor and satisfaction. I think there’s a time and a place for every single one of my recipes, but these in particular—including lots of healthy snacks, weeknight meals, and breakfast ideas—are great for putting a little extra pep in your step.
