Author: Gaby Dalkin
Ingredients
  • Vegetable oil for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper
  • 8 ears of corn husks on
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Avocado Oil Mayo
  • ½ cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • Fresh chives super thinly sliced
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Finely chopped cooked bacon for sprinkling
Instructions
  1. Prepare a charcoal grill or heat a gas grill to high. Brush grill grate with oil. Carefully peel back the husks and tie at the end to use to hold the corn for later use.
  2. Brush the corn with vegetable oil and grill, turning occasionally with tongs, until cooked through and lightly charred, about 10 minutes. Remove from grill and immediately brush each ear with equal amounts of the Kraft Avocado Mayonnaise. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of cotija and a pinch of chile pepper, bacon and chopped chives. Squeeze 1 lime wedge over each ear and serve.
