Meal Plan // Week 35

We’re slowly creeping our way towards Labor Day weekend and the giant cook-out parties that come along with it. I’m excited, but in the meantime, let’s power through this week with some epic dinners.

Monday – Tacos aren’t just for Tuesdays. We’re into taco night any night in our house and this week it’sĀ fish tacos!! Load ’em up with guacamole too!

ThursdayChipotle Cheddar Twice Baked Potatoes are happening because my husband BEGGED me to put them on the menu this week šŸ™‚ Twist my arm! I usually reserve these for the cooler months, but he asked so nicely who am I to say no?!
