Mushroom Risotto

Risotto is a great go to dish… it might take some time and tender loving care to make… but its worth every second! Today I opted to make a Mushroom Risotto. I have just recently become a fan of mushrooms and ever since I started loving them I have found a way to add them to a bunch of my fav dishes. All you need to do to make this risotto is follow the directions from this Risotto recipe and once your risotto is done add in your mushrooms and combine.

  • 1 cup shitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups crimini mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  5. pepper

Serve it as a side dish or a main dish with a delicious spinach salad! Enjoy!
