Risotto is a great go to dish… it might take some time and tender loving care to make… but its worth every second!
Today I opted to make a Mushroom Risotto. I have just recently become a fan of mushrooms and ever since I started loving them I have found a way to add them to a bunch of my fav dishes. All you need to do to make this risotto is follow the directions from this Risotto recipe and once your risotto is done add in your mushrooms and combine.
For the mushroom you need the following:
In a medium skillet add the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and saute until they become tender, about 7-10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside until ready to stir into the risotto.
Serve it as a side dish or a main dish with a delicious spinach salad! Enjoy!
