Meal Plan // Week 23

I spent the better part of this week eating birthday cake and birthday cookies, so let’s up the ante on savory things and get after this week! Here we go…

Sunday – Keeping things simple tonight with this Crispy Prosciutto and Plum Flatbread and a house salad!

Monday – This Loaded Sesame Ginger Salmon Salad got a LOT of attention last week when I posted it, so it’s no wonder it’s going on this weeks menu!

Tuesday – Taco Tuesday is happening again with Mahi Mahi Tacos! If you’re feeling crazy full from the weekend, swap the tortillas for lettuce wraps and go carb free.

For breakfasts this week I’m really digging a mini frittata moment!
