It’s a big week for us guys! Super Bowl is in a week, there are parties to be thrown, apparently some people will watch football, but mostly I’ll be eating all the food! So let’s get ready!

Monday – Meatless Monday is all about this White Bean Panzanella! It might be a salad but it’s beyond perfection and filling and great to take to work for leftover lunches!

ThursdayWhite Cheddar Polenta with the most incredible blistered tomatoes are happening! Plus a side of this green monster salad – and if you want to throw some shrimp on top, be my guest!

  1. I just love all these ideas. Where have you been all my life? One of my least favorite things is just trying to come up with good ideas for dinner all the time. This has made my day so much easier and more fun!!
