Let’s be real – the whole New Year, New You thing is rough. I mean, I’m still the same person who loves a cookie but I’m not opposed to a little re-set with some healthy recipes.
After years and years of making resolutions and trying to cut things out of my diet I’ve learned a thing or too. Diets don’t work. And restricting myself from certain foods doesn’t really work either. I’m of the mind set that we should eat what we want, move our bodies and do things that make us feel good. So rather than doing something drastic in the new year (been there, tried that) I’m just going to do what makes me feel good! It’s basically my way of starting off the new year on the right foot without going on a “diet” and here are 16 recipes that I’m keeping in my arsenal to get the ball rolling!
