It's here!! The last full week of the year. We made it! No work this week, just going to embrace the downtime and get my life in order once we get home! In honor of that, there's a very special meal plan for you guys! Enjoy!
Sunday - Wild Mushroom Risotto would be an excellent idea tonight with a big Butter Lettuce Salad!
Monday - The most perf Italian Meatballs are on the ticket for tonight! With a big bowl of pasta, naturally!
Tuesday - omg Bulgogi Lettuce Wraps. Literally what my dreams are made of!
Wednesday - Black Bean Sweet Potato Chili is happening because it's so easy and SO good! And we're all just going to lay about in our pajamas am I right?
Thursday - we're having some friends over for a Roasted Chicken Dinner!
Friday - we're going with my Sausage and Leek Pasta It's the right thing to do.
Saturday - New Years Eve will be spent at home with a few very deal friends so I'll be taking full advantage of this NYE menu
For breakfast this week we're going with a big batch of Breakfast Potatoes that I can re-heat daily and pair with some scrambled eggs and avocado or ketchup!
and for dessert - you bet there will be Double Chocolate Mocha Brownies!

Made the lemon shallot dressing for the butter lettuce salad this week - amazing! Have literally eaten avocado toast every day since with the leftover dressing drizzled on top - even managed to get grandma and grandpa hooked! Merry Christmas and thank for all the fun recipes.
