Let's dive head first into this weeks meal plan while I wrap my mind around the fact that we're almost in April...
Sunday - it's a Gyro night!! Either fire up your grill if it's sunny / warm where you are or use your stovetop and let's make these incredible chicken stuffed pita wraps!
Monday - Gnocchi night. Feels right. Spring peas and asparagus with crispy gnocchi - omg it's heaven!
Tuesday - Blackened Salmon with avo salsa!!!
Wednesday - Hump day is all about the Ground Chicken Tacos I plan on doubling so I can have it for lunches for the rest of this week.
Thursday - YES!! This Calabrian Chili Pasta is one of my favorites - and I know you're going to love it! Throw another batch of the green monster salad on the side because it's the right thing to do!
Friday - Ginger Scallion Chicken Bowls! Perf for any leftover cabbage!!
For sweet treats this week I'm making CARAMEL BROWNIES!
And breakfast is going to be smoothies all week!! Banana Blueberry Smoothies to be exact!
