4th of July is in a few days, fig season is here, summer is in full force and this weeks meal plan is loaded with 5 nights of dinner and lots of fun sides / salads and snacks!
Sunday – Fig season is everything to me and I’ll be chowing down with this Arugula Fig Pizza for tonight’s dinner!
Monday – Quinoa Stuffed Peppers for Meatless Monday!
Tuesday – we’re firing up the grill a day early with this Chipotle Flank Steak and Corn Salsa
