Let’s go!! 5 nights worth of dinners plus some sides + a few splurges here and there to ensure you have a perfect week.
Sunday – Get outside and get your grill on with these Chicken Shish Kebabs! And some Peach Caprese on the side please! Father’s Day never looked so good!
Monday – Spring Pea Pasta with Burrata! It’s the right thing to do! Throw a WGC house salad in there too for good measure!
Tuesday – Sesame Ginger Salad. It’s happening. Serve it with some steamed white rice if that’s your fam and game over!
Wednesday – Shredded Mexican Chicken Tacos with guacamole, bean dip and queso!
Thursday – Grilled Chicken Burrito Bowls with a side of this green monster salad!
and for a little something sweet to get you though the week, how about a batch of these Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars!
and mixing it up this week with a green power smoothie!

Everything looks so delicious!! I love being able to use my chicken indifferent dishes.
I am constantly searching for meal plans that would fit my husband’s restrictions. He has gout so no shellfish, turkey and very little red meat. Diabetes prevents him from eating potatoes, bread, carbs. Greens are often restricted. He doesn’t like chicken, so we’re down to fish and vegetarian fare. Any suggestions?
Helpful hint – I think you meant to say “jam” instead of “fam” on Tuesdays entry.
