Meal Plan // Week 6

How is it possible that it’s already Sunday? Where did the weekend go? And tonight is the big game! While I’m not quite ready for Monday to come, here’s what’s on the agenda this week for dinner!

Sunday – Sticking with the game day theme since it’s Super Bowl Sunday and whipping up some chili!

Monday – I’m going for these Greek Chicken Salad Bowls! It’s a main course and a salad in one bowl and it couldn’t be more perfect for a Monday night dinner.

Tuesday – BLT Flatbread! Duh. And a Green Monster Salad

Wednesday – Loaded Falafel Salad. It’s everything you could want for an entire meal, all piled high into a salad bowl! While I make, and posted a recipe, for falafels from scratch, you could easily take some help from your local market and grab the falafel mix if that’s more your speed!

ThursdayQuinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers (which also can double for leftovers for lunch on Friday!) and some Spicy Garlic Green Beans

  1. I want breakfast cookies for every meal! Also, have never tried to make monkey bread, but you make it look pretty easy, so this might be the week to try it.
